What’s supported

Who it is open to

Any UK primary school, secondary school or multi-academy trust, and specialist settings alongside them. Places are limited and we review applications as they come in, so the earlier yours reaches us the better.

What we ask in return

No school pays for the software. What we ask is that you tell us honestly how it is going, and that you work with us on a short impact case study covering agreed parts of the curriculum, so there is real evidence at the end rather than impressions.

What we want to find out

  • Does deliberate, well-scoped use of AI actually bring teacher workload down?
  • By taking on the routine work of planning, marking and writing feedback, does it save teachers hours and schools money, lift the quality of teaching and learning, and improve staff wellbeing?
  • What would your staff change about BA Productivity to make it more useful in practice?
  • Where does AI run into trouble in a real classroom, and what should be done about it?
  • Where should the product go next? The pilot is as much about us listening to schools as it is about schools trying the software.

What a term looks like

Everything we ask of you happens in week one, and most teachers produce something usable inside the training hour. The rest is your staff using it, and one conversation at the end.

  1. Introductory call
  2. Agree the scope
  3. An hour of training
  4. A full term of use, nothing due from you
  5. Case study, together

Your DPO can read all of it first

The DPIA pack, the processing terms, the sub-processor list and exactly where data is held – written, dated and ready to hand over. Nothing to request and nobody to chase.
