What an ambassador does

Three things, and all of them the sort of thing you were probably going to do anyway if the tools are saving you time.

Introduces it to other teachers

Through your department, subject networks, training cohorts and the professional groups you are already part of.

Makes introductions to schools

Schools and trusts where the tools are likely to be a good fit – including colleagues who have moved on somewhere new.

Tells us what needs fixing

Ambassadors have a direct line to the team, and their feedback is prioritised ahead of the rest of the queue.

What you get

  • BA Productivity Pro, free from the day you join. We ask that ambassadors stay active over the course of the year, and the programme is reviewed annually.
  • Recognition for the schools and teachers you bring in. Ambassadors share in what the programme generates. The terms are set out in writing before you start, so you know what an introduction is worth before you make one.
  • Early access to new features. New tools are released to ambassadors first, and their feedback informs the version everyone else gets.
  • Credit for your involvement. Ambassadors are named in the case studies and materials their schools help produce.

Who this suits

Any phase, any subject, any setting. The bar is lower than most teachers assume, so here it is exactly.

What it takes

  • You teach, and you use BA Productivity yourself
  • You would recommend it to someone whose opinion you care about
  • You are willing to tell us when it is wrong

What it doesn’t

  • A following, a blog, or any online presence at all
  • Selling, pitching, or chasing anyone for a decision
  • Hours you do not have – introductions happen inside conversations you are already having

Middle and senior leaders, subject leads, ECT mentors and trust-level staff tend to find it fits most naturally alongside the job they already have – but the programme is open to any practising teacher.

How to join

Book a short call and we will take it from there. Everything is settled inside a week.

  1. A short call Half an hour to talk through how you would like to be involved.
  2. The terms, in writing What an introduction is worth, agreed and set down before you make one.
